FANTASTIC beachfront stay!
early check-in friendly service luggage assistance
I found the staff accommodating. They facilitated an early check-in upon my arrival. Every morning, Sara greeted me with towels and a smile. Alisher assisted with my luggage at check-in and check-out. (Such great service!)
The music from the neighboring beach club was slightly annoying. It clashed with the hotel's music.

The breakfast offered a very good variety and the restaurant was amazing, with space inside and outside where guests could have breakfast, lunch, and dinner AT reasonable prices. The breakfast area view was SO relaxing.

The hotel has a swimming pool and a terrace overlooking the sea, offering guests fantastic views. There is a 24/7 supermarket in the hotel, a super convenience. A free shuttle to the excellent Dubai Mall is available.

The room was always cleaned daily. Drinking water was readily available from the water machines around the building, GREAT. The cleanliness was excellent everywhere. Everything was so clean.

The location is perfect. It is right by the beach with great spots to eat and walk around and has a private beach. Several restaurants nearby offer a whole new district built from scratch.

faulty air conditioning room temperature
The location was acceptable. It offered pretty easy access to nearby attractions.
I was really frustrated because the air conditioning in my room barely worked. It struggled to cool the room down, and I was uncomfortable ! I really think they need to check and maintain their AC units.

clean rooms beachfront location
i loved this little gem right on the beach the staff made me feel so welcome and were always ready to help the rooms were super clean i will definitely stay here again next time i'm in the area the location is unbeatable the beach is just steps away perfect for morning swims and sunset strolls
